Dust jacket:
Not seen, but given that both other bindings were issued in dust jacket, it seems almost certain that this version had one too. We would assume that it was more-or-less the same as the one we show for Bra-A1b. Since most of the copies of the 147 copies of the first issue were bound in green cloth, though, it also seems at least conceivable that the jackets for the green cloth copies might have been printed on green paper instead of pink.

Of the 147 copies in the original issue, 137 were bound in green cloth.
