Note: Following the first Kalki printing, Dom-A1 (K), the preliminary pages were slightly rearranged: the quotation following the dedication was moved to page (vii), leaving the verso of the dedication page as blank. The verso of the quotation page was also left blank. This relocated the Contents to pages ix-x, although they were still marked as vii-viii.1
