Slipcase: Issued in a pasteboard slipcase covered in gold paper with black decorations and lettering, matching the dust jacket in design. The spine is identical to the spine of the dust jacket, while both panels are identical to the jacket's front panel (see image above).
Notes:
It's interesting to note that the title list on the rear panel of the dust jacket includes The Way of Ecben with the Kalki Edition, even though this title was never issued in the Kalki binding.
