Note:

Frances Brewer states that the "Virginia Edition" is a second printing. According to James Hall, however, both the regular edition and the "Virginia Edition" were printed in a single print run. He further states that there were 3,500 copies of the regular edition and 2,500 copies of the "Virginia Edition." Neither bibliographer provides any data to support these conflicting statements.
