Charles "Chuck" Garvin was a U.S. based book dealer and small press publisher. He was an occasional contributor to Kalki, and served for a time as its treasurer. He died in 2006. Presenting Moonshine was a literary fanzine published in small numbers by Charles Yenter and Morley Fox of the Fox Book Store in Tacoma, Washington. The publication survived until at least 1976, so presumably Part 2 of this checklist was published at some time, although the present bibliographers have not seen it. Any information is appreciated.
