Notes:

We don't know how many different bindings Wall used for this book. In addition to the two shown here, we have seen reports of two copies (nos. 7 & 51) in ¾ brown cloth over tan boards, one copy (no. 6) in orange paper boards, and one copy (no. 8) in maroon cloth with a yellow paper center panel. We would love to see other copies.
