Notes:

This is a Canadian printing not mentioned in Hall. We have assigned it a tentative date of 1965 based on the titles listed on p. 288, which are the same as those listed in the first Avon printing, Jur-J1. We have also considered the possibility that the second printing Hall does mention is actually this Canadian printing, since the third Avon printing, Jur-J3, does not mention a second printing, but does list this one. The Silver Stallion has never seen an Avon copy marked "second printing," but since Hall does specifically mention that text in his description, we have listed both issues.
