Notes:

As printed, the price shown on the last page for From the Hidden Way is $1.35. All of the copies we have examined have had this priced overstruck with a stamp reading "Price | $1.50 | Net." If there exist copies without this overstamp, than these copies would constitute another, presumably earlier printing state. We would welcome any nformation on this subject.
