Mrs. Brewer notes that both the small paper issue, E8, and the large paper one, B8a, were issued simultaneously. It should be mentioned, though, that the two issues have significant differences. The text appears to be the same in both, but the fore- and aftermatter are very different, and while the main text itself may not have been reset, the frames were broken and the text pages renumbered.
