Notes:

As far as I know, this is the first time Styrbiorn has been issued in paperback. I feel that it is worth listing here for two reasons: it includes a previously unpublished Letter of Introduction, originally written by Eddison in 1922 for inclusion in the Jonathan Cape first printing, but omitted from that issue for unknown reasons. This edition also includes an 11-page Afterword: The Writing of Styrbiorn the Strong, by Paul Edmund Thomas, that is definitely worth reading. As an added plus, this edition reproduces Keith Henderson's decorations from the first printing.
