Not seen, but almost certainly the same as for F3 (A21).

Notes:

Unlike the small paper presentation copies of Guy Holt's 1924 bibliography, F2 (A9b), this copy is not blind stamped "PRESENTATION COPY." It is lettered, though, and carries a presentation inscription from the author. Additionally, we have seen advertisements for other small paper lettered copies, although this is the only example we've actually seen.
