Notes:
This was Volume I of Michael Plogmann's planned publication of Die Werke James Branch Cabells. Volume II, Die Legende von Manuel, *FoE-Ger-2, was issued simultaneously in a uniform binding. Sadly, twenty years on no more volumes have been forthcoming. However, his translation of Das weiße Gewand (The White Robe) was published in Joachim Körber's Das große Lesebuch der klassischen Fantasy, 1998.
