Notes:

Hall's entry for A8 (p. 127) gives a publication date of 1972. It states that the reprint was bound in boards, but gives no detail of color, lettering, etc.. The example shown here is a later reprint dated 1975. Although it appears under the Gordon Press imprint, the volume is bound in the textured red leatherette and gilt lettering typical of the Revisionist Press. We would welcome photos and details of a 1972 dated copy.
